November through March is peak season for good reason. Temperatures hover around 25°C, perfect for walking the Corniche or sitting at outdoor cafes. December and January are especially nice – you might even need a light jacket in the evening. April and October are shoulder months. Still hot but bearable if you time your outdoor activities for early morning or evening. Hotel rates drop about 30% compared to winter. Summer is brutal. June through September sees temperatures above 40°C with crushing humidity. The only upside? Massive hotel discounts and empty malls. But you'll be sprinting between air-conditioned spaces. Ramadan changes everything. Many restaurants close during the day, and the evening iftar crowds pack every decent place. But the post-sunset atmosphere along the Corniche is magical – families picnicking, kids playing, the whole city coming alive.
