Victoria Falls National Park in February
Not the best time
February isn't ideal for Victoria Falls National Park. Consider a different month.
All Months
April through October gives you the sweet spot. Peak flow happens April to June when the Zambezi runs full from upstream rains — the falls are thunderous but you might not see much through the spray. July to October offers clearer views as water levels drop, perfect for photography. September and October show the falls at their most dramatic, with sections of exposed rock face creating a split curtain effect. Avoid November to March unless you enjoy getting drenched in tropical rain while squinting through mist. The dry season also means better wildlife viewing in nearby areas since animals concentrate around water sources.
