Telliskivi in January
Not the best time
January isn't ideal for Telliskivi. Consider a different month.
All Months
May through September brings Telliskivi to life. Summer means outdoor markets, street festivals, and courtyards filled with people. July gets the biggest crowds during the weekend markets, but June and August offer better weather with fewer tourists. September is ideal – warm enough for outdoor exploring but with that crisp autumn light that makes the street art pop. Winter visits work if you're mainly interested in galleries and indoor venues, but half the neighborhood's charm comes from wandering the outdoor spaces. Many food trucks and some shops close during the coldest months. Spring arrives late in Tallinn, so don't expect much action before May.
