December through February sees temperatures hit 30°C regularly, with humidity that makes it feel hotter. But summer has advantages — warm ocean temperatures, longer days, and Christmas holiday atmosphere. Winter rarely gets truly cold. July might see morning temperatures around 10°C inland, but beach days still happen regularly. The ocean stays swimmable year-round, dropping to about 21°C in winter.
