April through October gives you the best weather, but each season brings something different. May and June offer perfect walking temperatures and the longest days — sunset doesn't hit until nearly 9 PM. Summer transforms the Vistula riverfront into an outdoor party. Beach bars like Plażowa and Poniatówka set up sand, deck chairs, and DJ sets right on the water. But July and August also bring crowds and higher hotel prices. September and October might be ideal — warm days, cool evenings, and autumn colors in Łazienki Park. Plus, cultural season kicks into high gear with theater premieres and concert seasons starting. Winter gets cold (think -5°C average) but Christmas markets around the Old Town create serious magic. The Royal Castle looks particularly stunning dusted with snow. Just pack serious winter gear and waterproof boots.
