Seychelles in February
Not the best time
February isn't ideal for Seychelles. Consider a different month.
All Months
April, May, October, and November are your sweet spots — less rain, calmer seas, and better visibility for snorkeling. The southeast trade winds blow from May to September, making it cooler but windier on the southeast coasts. December through March brings the northwest monsoon with more rain and humidity, but also fewer crowds and lower prices. Here's what most guides won't tell you: even during 'rainy season,' showers are usually brief tropical downpours, not all-day affairs. The water temperature stays around 80°F year-round, so swimming is always perfect. Avoid July and August if possible — that's peak European holiday season, and everything gets more crowded and expensive. But honestly, any time beats winter back home. Just pack a light rain jacket and don't plan your entire trip around outdoor activities during the wetter months.
