May through September gives you the best weather and longest days. July and August bring crowds and €200+ hotel rates, but also the warmest sea temperatures and outdoor concerts in Tito Square. June and September offer the sweet spot — warm enough for swimming, fewer tourists, and restaurant terraces stay open late. The Rovinj Summer Festival runs July through August with classical concerts in St. Euphemia's Church. Spring arrives early here — April can hit 20°C, though the sea stays chilly until May. Winter is quiet but charming, with many restaurants closed but truffle season in full swing inland.
