Not the best time
February isn't ideal for Praslin. Consider a different month.

April, May, October, and November are the sweet spots. The trade winds calm down, temperatures hover around 26°C, and you'll actually want to leave the beach occasionally.
December through March brings the northwest monsoon. That means more rain, higher humidity, and rougher seas. Not ideal for beach days, but the island is greener and accommodation prices drop.
June through September is the southeast trade wind season. Cooler temperatures (24°C) but windier conditions. Great for sailing, less great for that perfect beach photo.
Avoid July and August if you can — that's European summer holiday season, which means crowds and inflated prices. The island only has so many hotel rooms, and they fill up fast.
