May through September gives you Praga at its best. Summer means riverside beer gardens, outdoor art installations, and festivals practically every weekend. The Praga Museum Night in May opens galleries for free after dark. August brings the Street Art Festival when muralists descend on the neighborhood. But here's what guidebooks won't tell you—September might be perfect. Crowds thin out, weather stays warm, and locals return from vacation with fresh energy. Winter isn't terrible if you don't mind gray skies, plus you'll have the cozy bars mostly to yourself. Just know that some outdoor venues close November through March.
