Winter strips away the charm somewhat. Many outdoor spaces close, and the colorful houses look drab against gray skies. But December brings Christmas markets to nearby Old Town, and indoor venues like Fotografiska stay cozy. Spring arrives late - April can still feel chilly, though locals start optimistically setting up sidewalk tables.
