November through March gives you perfect weather with highs around 25°C and cool evenings. This is peak season, so expect crowds and higher hotel rates. December and January are ideal — you can comfortably explore during the day and enjoy outdoor dining at night. April gets warm but manageable if you start early. Skip May through October unless you enjoy 45°C heat and limited outdoor time. The Diriyah Season runs from November to March, bringing special events, concerts, and extended hours. But even outside this period, the site operates year-round. Ramadan affects restaurant hours but not site access. Friday prayers temporarily close some areas around noon, so plan accordingly. Early morning visits before 10 AM or evening visits after 5 PM work best for photography and comfortable walking.
