Holder of 1 Clef Michelin (2025). Named after the Carli family's grandparents' home, four generations deep in Corsican hospitality. The only Clef d'Or concierge on the island. The design is genuinely thoughtful — local stone, recycled wood, backlit canopy beds — and the views from the infinity pool and restaurant terrace over the turquoise bay are hard to beat.
