Iuta Farm sits on 13 hectares of ancient olive, lemon, orange, almond, and carob groves just 2 km from the UNESCO Baroque city of Noto. Founded in 2017 by Venetian couple Elena and Giulio, it's a working organic farm converted into a small-scale glamping retreat with four masseria suites and five freestanding eco-lodges. Natural textures run throughout — cocciopesto floors, lime plaster walls, weathered wood, linen — paired with a Soho House-ish minimalism that feels genuinely earned rather than decorator-installed.

Deluxe Lodge
From EUR300 / nightFive freestanding eco-lodges spread across the olive orchard, each well-spaced for privacy. The 30 sqm interior has a king-size bed with memory-foam mattress, plus a bathroom with double sinks and indoor shower. A 10 sqm private covered veranda has an outdoor shower, so you can rinse off under open sky. No private pool here — that's the suite's privilege — but the panoramic views over the grove and the sense of being genuinely out in the landscape more than compensate. From EUR350 / nightFour suites carved out of the restored 19th-century masseria. You get arched windows, high ceilings, and thick lime-plastered walls that keep things cool without aggressive AC. The interior is 50 sqm: king-size double bed, big bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. The real pull is the 35 sqm private veranda with a heated mini plunge pool, surrounded by Mediterranean shrubs and native plants. Furnishings mix oxidized iron, wood, and warm earthy Sicilian tones. No camping vibes whatsoever.
