A hillside estate of 13 converted stone sheepfolds on 2 hectares of Corsican maquis, about 7 minutes from Palombaggia beach. Every unit is a standalone villa with a private pool or hot tub — no shared corridors, no lobby to linger in. The Bougon family built it themselves using local stone and salvaged wood, and they still run it. That's not a marketing line; a daughter designed the villas, a father-and-son duo did the carpentry.

Concierge team can arrange sunbed reservations at Palombaggia and Tamaricciu beaches, as well as restaurant reservations in the area.
The estate has its own Axopar 37 boat available for private half-day or full-day outings. Destinations include the Cerbicale Islands, Farina Island, Lavezzi and Cavallo islands, and Bonifacio's white cliffs. Skipper included.
Electric bikes available to guests as part of included concierge services. Good for exploring the maquis trails and coastal roads around the estate.
Until early July, guests can participate in milking and cheese-making on request with the estate shepherd, followed by a tasting in the aging cellar. In summer, Mr. Bougon leads a guided excursion to the mountain pasture with hiking, swimming in natural pools, and a panoramic picnic. Paid service, shuttle included.
Private gym with upright bike, elliptical, workout station, rowing machine, and treadmill, plus yoga mats. Available to all guests.
