Devasom Hua Hin opened in 2010 and has been stacking awards ever since. The architecture is the first thing you notice — Victorian gingerbread facades modeled on early Siamese-era beach mansions, with a famous heart-shaped Milky tree presiding over the saltwater pool. Just 23 rooms and villas, every one of them sea-facing, on a private beach north of Hua Hin town in the quiet corridor between Cha-am and Hua Hin. Ground-level villa steps from the private beach. Private courtyard, large balcony, and an optional family deck configuration. Intimate sea view rather than a full panoramic shot. The ground-floor villa format means direct access to the garden and beach path without climbing stairs.

Only two of these exist, so they book up fast. At 90 sq.m. they're the largest units on property. The private deck comes with a large day bed — your own front-row seat to the Gulf of Thailand. Direct beachfront access, private courtyard, and the full amenity package including Bose Bluetooth speaker, Netflix, espresso machine, and free minibar. The preferred pick for anniversaries, honeymoons, or anyone who just wants the best seat in the house.

The flagship suite in the main mansion building. Elegantly designed in Hua Hin beach mansion style with a spacious wood-paneled bedroom, panoramic sea view, and a designer bathroom with separate bathtub and rain shower. According to guest reviews, the Signature Suite rooms are 'huge' and include 'small exquisite details not found anywhere else in Thailand — rose petals for bathing, luxury robes.' A step above the Seaside Suite in scale and finishes.

The entry-level room at Devasom, and still genuinely spacious at 50 sq.m. Eight units total, all in the main three-storey mansion, with partial sea views from a large private balcony. The bathroom has both a soaking bathtub and a rain shower. You get a Bose Bluetooth speaker, Netflix on a wide-screen smart TV, an espresso machine, and a fully stocked free minibar. Partial sea view means you'll see water from the balcony, not a direct ocean-front panorama.

Step up to 60 sq.m. and you gain a separate living room — the main differentiator over the Deluxe. Three units only.
