Weber's is a family-owned Ann Arbor institution that started as a steakhouse in 1937 and grew into a 158-room boutique hotel somewhere around 1969–1970. The restaurant came first — a classic upscale steak house with live lobsters and a piano player — and it's still here in roughly its original form. The hotel side, though, has been completely reimagined: Italian porcelain-tiled bathrooms, Bose Bluetooth speakers, Toto bidet toilets, two-person soaking tubs. Stylish to a degree that genuinely surprises given the location off I-94.

The signature Weber's room type. You get a king Simmons Beautyrest pillow-top, walk-in rainfall shower with a tiled bench, and either a walk-out to the pool or a shared poolside balcony. Floor-to-ceiling Italian porcelain tile bathroom. Bose Bluetooth speakers, Chromecast, Beekman 1802 bath products, complimentary Starbucks Verona Blend coffee. Note: poolside rooms run louder until midnight.
KingDeluxe Suite
Interior-facing suite with separate living space. The quieter suite option for guests who want extra room without the poolside noise.
KingDorm Room King
Weber's most entry-level option. A king bed room at the lower price point, described on their site as the 'Dorm Room King.' Same building, fewer frills.
KingPenthouse Suite
The top of the ladder at 675 sq ft. The bathroom is what people remember: a walk-in water room with a two-person soaking tub (with pulsating bubble jets), a rainfall shower with tiled bench, four Grohe side-spray massage showers, a Toto heated bidet, and a musical mirror with Bose Bluetooth speakers. The bedroom has a Simmons Beautyrest king and connects via French doors to a separate living room with full sofa bed, wet bar, and coffee table. Both a private outdoor balcony and shared poolside balcony access. Complimentary Nespresso. This is the birthday/anniversary suite.
KingPoolside Spa Suite
552 sq ft and steps up to a two-person soaking tub with pulsating bubble feature plus four Grohe side-spray massage showers. Living room with sofa bed. First-floor units have a private patio directly onto the pool; upper-floor units have a private balcony. Musical mirror with Bose speakers in bathroom. Toto bidet, Nespresso, all the trimmings.
KingPoolside Suite
At 507 sq ft, this suite adds a separate living room with full-size sofa bed and French doors from the bedroom. The bathroom steps up to a one-person soaking tub with pulsating bubble jet, a rainfall shower with tiled bench, and four Grohe side-spray massage showers — plus a Toto bidet and musical mirror with Bose Bluetooth speakers.
