Designed by Genuizzi | Banal Architetti of Milan. Only 6 suites on a working organic farm that produces olive oil, Merlot DOC wine, honey, and jam — all available for purchase at reception. Architecture intentionally integrates into the landscape rather than imposing on it.
Six suites carved into a working vineyard on the edge of Arco, about five kilometres from the lake shore at Riva del Garda. This is a converted winery that still produces Merlot DOC and extra virgin olive oil, re-imagined as a boutique agriturismo by Milan architects Genuizzi | Banal Architetti. The architecture is low-rise, glass-heavy, and almost camouflaged in the olive groves. No lobby, no restaurant — just a very private garden per suite, a natural saltwater pool, and wine from vines visible from your terrace.

The largest and most private suite at approximately 55 sqm for 2 guests. East-facing, it catches the first morning sun. King-size bedroom, living room with fully equipped kitchenette, and a patio opening onto a 100 sqm private garden with direct access to the olive grove. Two private entrances — one to the north towards parking, one to the south towards the pool. The property's premium choice.

Romantic Junior Suite
The smallest and most romantic of the six suites at 37 sqm. A generous king-size four-poster bed and large windows make it light-filled and airy. The private walled garden opens directly onto the olive grove, with the natural saltwater pool just steps from the entrance. Shower only, no tub.

South-facing windows pull light from morning to sunset, and the large private garden leads directly to the natural saltwater pool. Three South Suites exist on the property.

Arco is one of Europe's premier rock climbing destinations, with routes for all levels from beginner to professional. The hotel can advise and help organise guides.

Complimentary vintage-style city bikes available for guests. The lake (Riva del Garda shore) is a 20-minute flat ride. The hotel also partners with Velolake.com for higher-spec bike rentals including e-bikes, delivered directly to the property.
Guided excursions into the Brenta Dolomites arranged with Alpine Guides of Arco. Options include via ferrata routes ('Smugglers' Trail') and Val d'Ambiez UNESCO wilderness day hikes with mountain refuge lunches.
Private cooking classes and local chef dinners can be arranged on request. Price varies by number of participants and chosen menu.

Not on-site, but Lake Garda is 20 minutes by bike or 10 minutes by car. Torbole and Nago are the key centres for windsurfing, kayaking, and sailing lessons.
Multi-day yoga retreat packages available, combining daily yoga sessions with wellness treatments. Classes can also be arranged individually in the fitness room or in your private garden.
