The Leaf
The flagship romantic villa, built primarily in bamboo with a distinctive leaf-inspired aerial silhouette. King bedroom on the first floor, large walk-through bathroom with rain shower on the ground floor, and an open kitchen beside the private pool. The living room spans two floors with a hanging net and sofa upstairs. Outside: a copper bathtub sits in the garden for starlit soaks and flower baths. Private and garden are enormous for the money.

There are two Pearl villas (Pearl 1 and Pearl 2), both one-bedroom layouts perfect for couples or small families. The design blends into the surrounding coconut trees. The largest and most flexible villa at Villa Tokay — ideal for families or groups. The base configuration is two king bedrooms (each with ensuite bathroom, sunken bathtub and shower), a fully equipped kitchen seating 10, a cozy living room, and a reading nook. A bamboo terrace overlooks the garden. Add Tide suites to expand to 3 or 4 bedrooms, each with their own additional pool. The 2BR version has a 60 sqm infinity pool set in 400 sqm of garden.

The Wave
The more accessible entry point into Villa Tokay — designed for two, on a single level, with a private garden and outdoor bathtub rather than a private pool. The semi-open shower brings natural light in without sacrificing privacy. Access to the central 32 sqm shared pool (shared only with Sunset Room guests) is steps away. Natural textures, curated local crafts, and a calm palette throughout. Good value relative to the private-pool villas.
