Villa Corallo
Aristocratic country estate with serious farm-to-table credentials. Think William Morris wallpapers, four-poster beds, and Carrara marble bathrooms alongside a working organic farm. Family-owned and run with warmth — the Di Serafino family treats this place as their home.
Junior Suites, Suites, and Junior Suite Deluxe rooms include private SPA access — factor this into your room choice
Why It Matters
One of very few properties in this corner of Italy to earn a Michelin Key. The estate runs a certified organic farm that supplies the restaurant — oil, stone-ground flour, IGP-breed meat, and zero-kilometer vegetables. The Ristorante Zunica 1880 on-site adds serious dining weight. Only 11 rooms, so it never feels crowded.
A 19th-century stone manor on an 80-hectare working farm in the largely undiscovered stretch of Abruzzo near the Marche border. The interiors are genuine old-world — original parquet floors, ornate fireplaces, grand staircases, glittering chandeliers — with each suite individually designed. And the food comes almost entirely from the estate itself, down to the olive oil pressed on site.

How you'll actually spend your days.
Villa Corallo serves as an artist residency. It is not unusual to encounter artists at work in the park or within the historic rooms. The property considers itself a place of inspiration and creativity.
The estate's paths through fields and park can be explored by bicycle. Bikes available for guests.
Ride through the 80-hectare estate's fields and pathways. The farm's walkways in the fields can be explored on horseback.
The secular park surrounding the villa — shaded by oak and cypress trees — is laced with walking paths. The property also occasionally hosts visiting artists who use the park as their working space.
Well-equipped fitness room open 7:00am–10:00pm. Equipment includes elliptical, treadmill, multistation, and spin bike. Personal trainer available.
The certified organic farm offers hands-on experiences: visiting farm animals, picking first fruits in the garden, milling olive oil, harvesting, making cheese and bread. Themed trails for children and adults. The estate runs an active educational farm program.
The property hosts weddings and events. The former olive oil mill building can accommodate up to 150 guests. The villa's master rooms are also used for smaller meetings and cultural events.
Yoga classes available on the property.
