A 19th-century private mansion converted into the only four-star boutique hotel in Bourges. The building got a thorough renovation and extension (completed July 2020) and now runs 21 rooms across five levels — all period bones, contemporary finish. The turret connecting the two buildings is pierced with original stained glass and houses an oak spiral staircase; the reception desk is carved from a single mango tree trunk; a 300-year-old Ginkgo Biloba anchors the landscaped garden. Two minutes from the train station, ten minutes on foot to the UNESCO-listed cathedral.

Located at the rear of the hotel overlooking the inner courtyard, these are the quietest rooms in the house. At 28m² they're noticeably more spacious than the standard category.
