A 200-hectare nature resort sitting inside the UNESCO World Heritage Neusiedler See-Seewinkel national park, about 80 km from Vienna and a 10-minute bike ride from Hungary. Adebar Suite
Eight suites in the main building, named after the stork (Adebar) that nests in the surrounding landscape. Clean-lined and uncluttered, with separate living and sleeping zones, cozy couches, and round bathtubs as the bathroom showpiece. Wine cooler, minibar, and capsule coffee maker round things out. Every suite has either a terrace or balcony.

Apartment
In the main building, for up to four guests. Essentially a double room plus a separate twin-bedded room, with shower, fridge, safe, and cable TV. Some have a balcony or terrace. Good option for families who prefer the main building to the bungalow village.
Bungalow Typ A I
The most compact option, for two guests, in the Weinlaubendorf village area. Reed roofs and Burgenland country-house styling give it real local character. The double bed sits on an open gallery above the ground-floor living area. Small but functional — fridge, capsule coffee maker, air conditioning, private terrace. Bungalow stays include complimentary use of all spa and sauna facilities, which is where you'll actually spend most of your time anyway.

Larger bungalow for up to four guests in the village clusters. Same Burgenland country-house feel with reed roofs, eat-in kitchen, and two bedrooms. Dog-friendly (unlike the A I type). Private garden and terrace.
Bungalow Typ B I
Mid-range family bungalow in the Schilfdorf or Weinlauben village clusters for up to four guests. More space than the Type A, with the same Pannonian village architecture. Dog-friendly.
Bungalow Typ B II
The largest bungalow category, sleeping up to 5–6 guests — good for families who want to stay together. Two bedrooms, full kitchen, private terrace. Same reed-thatched village feel as the other bungalow types.
Pannonia Suite
Ten suites newly redesigned in 2023 in the main building. More compact than the Adebar Suites but well-equipped and fresh — the 2023 redesign brought an energising colour scheme and higher quality finishes. All units have either a terrace or balcony. No pets allowed in this room type.

The top of the range. Twenty of these two-floor residences sit directly on the private bathing lake, each with a private jetty and terrace. Inside: two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a spacious kitchen-diner with dishwasher, a fireplace, wine cooler, and a proper in-unit sauna with shower. You look out at the lake from one side and the Pannonia Hills eco-park on the other. Materials are natural, the build is eco-conscious, and it genuinely feels like a private lakehouse with hotel service attached.

Same footprint and two-floor layout as the Lakeside Residences, but oriented toward the Pannonia Hills eco-park rather than directly on the water. Still has two spacious bathrooms, natural materials, a wood-burning stove, kitchenette with wine climate control, and two private terraces. The trade-off is no direct lake frontage, but you get the parkside nature views and slightly more privacy.

How you'll actually spend your days.
Guided nature experience in the hotel's own fruit orchard. Connects to the Brennstüberl schnapps distillery — part agricultural tour, part tasting session.
VILA VITA bicycles are included in all room rates. Marked cycling trails extend through the national park — around 50 km of paths. The Hungarian border is about a 10-minute ride, making a cross-border loop a real option.
On-site private riding stable. One of the more memorable ways to explore the flat Pannonian landscape around the property.
The resort is a starting point for exploration of the Neusiedler See-Seewinkel national park. The Seewinkel is one of Europe's most important birding areas — the stork population is iconic enough that the hotel runs a live Stork Camera.
Three outdoor and two indoor courts. Tennis pros on hand for individual lessons, coaching for children, teenagers, and adults. Coaching fee includes court use and racket/ball rental.
The resort has its own private bathing lake. In summer, this is a major draw — swimming, lounging on the shore, and water sports.
Scuba diving available on-site — relatively unusual for a land-locked nature resort.
On-site kids club and childcare. Children up to age 6 stay complimentary (bed and breakfast) in bungalow accommodations.
