A 70-hectare Renaissance-era estate in the Florentine countryside, about 30 minutes south of Florence. Originally the family summer home of Salvatore and Wanda Ferragamo — purchased in the 1950s — it was renovated and opened as a luxury retreat by their grandson, also named Salvatore. The property is sister to Il Borro near Arezzo, and spans a 16th/17th-century manor house, six private villas with pools, a cluster of suites, and its own Tuscan Bistro. Grapes have been grown here organically since 2015.

The crown jewel — the original 17th-century manor house once used as the Ferragamo family summer residence. Nine double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, large dining room, multiple sitting rooms, a study, reading room, and laundry room. Original frescoes and large fireplaces throughout. Surrounded by a large park, panoramic courtyard terrace, and a private infinity pool. Hands-on Tuscan cooking classes guided by estate chefs, including a special exploration of historical recipes preserved from Wanda Ferragamo's personal collection. Cocktail classes also available.
Guided wine tastings featuring the 12 labels produced by the Il Borro estate, 10 of which are organic. Reportedly led in person by estate owner Salvatore Ferragamo himself. Guests can also purchase wines to take home from the Bistro shop.
