Architect Teresa Nunes da Ponte didn't try to turn it into a museum piece — she ran clean, modern design through the original rococo bones, and the contrast actually works. The result is 18 rooms plus an apartment spread across 7 floors, with a rooftop bar serving 360° Tagus River views and a Michelin Guide restaurant in the basement.

At 63 sqm this is the first suite that genuinely feels like a suite. It overlooks one of Lisbon's most storied neighbourhoods — the Bica tram route runs below. Beige and brown tones dominate, there's a separate living room, three bathrooms, and a king-size bed. Accommodates two adults and two children (ages 8–12), making it the best family option in the property.
