A rare nine-room family-owned property where the design concept — rooted in 12 ingredients of Mexican cuisine — is executed with genuine precision. The stairwell is blue-corn tortilla blue. The only hotel in Lomas de Chapultepec, and that exclusivity is the point. The González family converted their own childhood home into nine individually designed suites, each named for a native Mexican ingredient — agave, mamey, achiote — with decor that actually follows through: lime-washed walls, arched doorways, artisanal furniture made in Mexico, and color palettes drawn from regional spices and produce. It's quiet, genuinely green-framed, and holds a Michelin Key. No pool, no restaurant, no bar — all of which turns out to be absolutely fine once you're on the rooftop for breakfast.
