A 19th-century Scottish baronial mansion and former blacksmith quarters sitting inside the Trump International Golf Links estate on the Aberdeenshire coast. The house was designed by architect John Smith in 1835, with foundations going back to the 14th century, and it was renamed MacLeod House in 2008. Log fires crackle in stone hearths, the Clavis Whisky Bar stocks over 200 expressions, and every room comes with Italian marble bathrooms and underfloor heating. For non-golfers, the property can feel remote — there's no pool, no dedicated gym, and no EV charging on-site — but the 18 rooms make for genuinely intimate service.

The larger, more indulgent category, located within MacLeod House itself — the original baronial mansion. At 570+ sq ft, these rooms have genuine space and more commanding views over the estate. King-sized bed, refined décor with opulent furnishings, and Italian marble bathroom with underfloor heating. The period architecture is most felt here: high ceilings, stonework, original features.

Elegantly furnished with traditional fixtures and high ceilings that open up the space considerably. Garden or estate views through generous windows.
