The Zillers is a 10-room boutique hotel occupying a 19th-century neoclassical mansion designed by Ernst Ziller — the German architect who helped transform Athens into a modern European city. After a full renovation that respected the original architecture, it now pairs high-ceilinged rooms with parquet floors and marble bathrooms with a genuinely serious Michelin-starred rooftop restaurant that looks straight at the Acropolis.
