The Macallan Club at the bar offers personal whisky lockers — worth checking out even if you're not a member, the dark-wood bar itself is the most atmospheric corner of the hotel.

The sole Ritz-Carlton in South America. Opened in 2003 as a historic building converted to RC standards, the hotel sits equidistant between Pacific beaches (~2 hrs) and Andean ski resorts (~90 min), making it a natural base for exploring the range of Chile. The 7,440 sq ft glass-domed wellness center with rooftop pool and Andes views is a genuine standout.
The only Ritz-Carlton on the entire South American continent, this 205-room hotel has been anchoring Santiago's El Golf neighborhood since 2003. It sits about a minute's walk from the El Golf metro station, with the Andes visible from the rooftop glass-domed spa and most upper-floor rooms. The rooms were fully redesigned in 2017–2018 with Pre-Columbian-inspired patterns, copper accents, and Diptyque bath amenities — a genuine step up from the older, stuffy RC formula.

Deluxe-level room that connects to an adjacent room, ideal for families or groups who want adjoining space. Same redesigned Chilean-inspired décor and full amenity set as the standard Deluxe.

Same specification as the Deluxe but with a private terrace — a relatively rare find in a city hotel. Good for taking in Andes views with morning coffee.
