Why It Matters
The only Ritz-Carlton in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with a genuine resort layout. The site has 40+ years of golf history, holds Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary status, and features two 18-hole championship courses, a 20-treatment-room spa with cold plunge and steam, and over 80,000 square feet of meeting space. JLL called it one of the top three hotels in the Dallas metroplex post-renovation.
400 acres on a former Texas cattle ranch, 8 miles from DFW Airport. The property ran as the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas for nearly four decades before Trinity Investments and Partners Group acquired it in 2022 and put $55 million into a full renovation. The Ritz-Carlton rebrand went official on January 23, 2024. It's a low-rise resort — not a city tower — with 427 rooms, suites, and standalone villas spread across rolling Las Colinas terrain. Golf courses, three pools, a 14,000-square-foot spa, and four restaurants round out the picture.

Signature Villas
Standalone private villas set apart from the main tower, overlooking TPC Las Colinas golf course or the resort pool. Each has a private patio or terrace, elevated linens, and a dedicated villa concierge. Available in one- and two-bedroom configurations. This is the standout accommodation category — the extra privacy and outdoor space make it feel genuinely different from a hotel room stay.
The Ritz-Carlton Suite
The biggest suite in the house at 2,300 square feet. Full living, dining, cooking, and sleeping quarters in the tower with sweeping views of Downtown Las Colinas, TPC Las Colinas, and the resort pool. Gold and blue Texas-inspired color palette throughout.
Tower Executive Suite
Located in the tower, this 700-square-foot suite has two bathrooms, a dedicated living space, wet bar, and separate sleeping room. A solid step up from standard rooms for anyone wanting the extra breathing room of a proper living area without going full presidential.
Tower King / Tower Double
Recently renovated tower rooms with feather beds, 400+ thread count linens, and private balconies overlooking the 400-acre resort grounds. Rooms include 24-hour room service, laptop-friendly workspaces, complimentary Wi-Fi, and evening turndown service. Many have views of TPC Las Colinas or the resort pool.

Silk hammock-based yoga class that is genuinely unlike anything else on the resort activities list. Run by instructors at The Nelson Sports & Golf Club. A standout for guests who've done every other resort class.

Two 18-hole championship golf courses with 40+ years of history on the property. TPC Las Colinas is a par-70 course with lake views and wildlife encounters.
