Why It Matters
Built within a 27,000m² olive grove that's over 300 years old, the property preserves as many ancient trees as possible — some grow right through the spa and restaurant terraces. The Aegeo Spa runs treatments rooted in ancient Greek traditions (Cretan massage with olive oil and raki, Aphrodite ritual). Open only May through October. Michelin Guide recognized and part of the Serandipians collection.
A late 18th-century olive oil mill converted into a 120-suite beachfront resort sitting directly on Messonghi Beach on Corfu's mainland-facing southeast coast. The original mill building still anchors the property — ancient olive trees dot the grounds and one stands proud in the lobby. Low-rise bungalows are arranged like a small village, each unit oriented for maximum privacy around its own pool or sundeck.

Ionian Beachfront Suite
The top tier. Two full rooms, two bathrooms, and direct beach access — literally steps from the sand with a private beach gazebo reserved for guests. One bathroom has a soaking tub and walk-in shower, the other has a shower. Living area features a sofa bed. Private pool on the terrace. Best location on the property for those who want to roll out of bed and be at the sea in under 60 seconds.
