EDITION's 21st property worldwide, and its most ambitious European opening yet. Mauro Colagreco — the three-Michelin-starred chef behind Mirazur — has his first Italian restaurant here. The spa is only the second Longevity SPA in all of Italy, offering biohacking treatments including Dry Float and Hydrogen Oxygen therapy. There's also a floating pool sitting literally on the lake.
The Lake Como EDITION is a brand-new luxury hotel that opened in March 2026, housed in a restored 1830 palazzo formerly known as The London. It sits on the western shore of Lake Como in Cadenabbia, looking directly across the water to Bellagio. The interiors — designed by Neri&Hu and De.Tales — layer Calacatta marble, bespoke walnut millwork, and hand-painted Italian landscapes over the palazzo's original vaulted lobby and classical arches. Dining across four venues is led entirely by three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco, including Cetino, his first-ever restaurant in Italy.

Deluxe suite with an expansive private terrace over the lake. The format follows the Deluxe Suite but with a private outdoor space — one of the most desirable configurations on the lake-facing side.

The entry-level rooms feature European white oak floors, ivory plaster walls, Calacatta Turquoise marble accents, plush Italian linens, and custom furnishings. Spa-like marble bathrooms come with fluted glass detailing and Le Labo amenities. These rooms face away from the lake.
Guest Room 2 Double Beds
Same finishes as the Guest Room but configured with two double beds — the only two-double option at entry level. Good for families or friends traveling together.
Loft
A split-level layout with a bedroom above and a lounge area below featuring warm oak, marble accents, and clean contemporary lines. Serene and sculptural — designed for quiet, effortless comfort. No lake view.
KingLoft Suite Lake View
Warm wood and sculptural furnishings open directly onto sweeping panoramas of Lake Como. The bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows oriented toward the water. The living room is designed as a proper separate retreat.
KingLoft Suite Lake View With Balcony
The loft suite format plus a private balcony overlooking the lake. A calming seating corner opens to the balcony — marble-framed arch, soft natural light, and nothing but Como out the front.
KingLoft Suite Mountain View
Loft-style suite looking toward the mountains rather than the lake. The living area has sculptural seating, a bespoke wood mini bar, and a refined desk space. Bathrooms feature marble surfaces and integrated lighting.

One of two crown-jewel penthouses with generous indoor-outdoor living areas, private landscaped terraces, and unparalleled views over Lake Como. Bespoke furnishings, warm wood, and minimalist lines in a calming king-bed room. No lake view but shares the same materials palette — Calacatta marble, white oak, Italian linens — as the rest of the property.

The second crown-jewel penthouse, named after the village of Cadenabbia. The flagship residential-style accommodation at the property with the same premium penthouse finishes — private terrace, deep soaking tub, Calacatta marble — but in its own configuration.
