The Hearts Hotel is a 4-star boutique resort spread across 14,000 sqm in the mountain town of Braunlage, with Harz National Park essentially starting at the back gate. The name is a pun on location — Braunlage sits in the 'heart' of the Harz. The design leans industrial: concrete, steel, and dark wood softened by warm individual touches, with every room fitted out by local design studio tatjana.pro. No two rooms are the same. The outdoor life drives everything here — skiing at Wurmberg (8 min walk), national park trails out the door, E-bike tours, campfire cooking — but there's a proper sauna complex and a genuinely good restaurant (LEO'S) to come back to.
