The Fleming is a 66-room boutique hotel in Wan Chai that takes Hong Kong's Star Ferry heritage and turns it into a full design language. Designed by A Work of Substance and reopened in October 2017, the hotel's brass fittings, porthole mirrors, navy blue tiles, rounded cabin doors, and bulkhead lights make you feel like you've stepped aboard a liner — without the cramped quarters. Osteria Marzia, the coastal Italian restaurant on the ground floor run by the Black Sheep Restaurant group, is a serious destination in its own right.
