London's first all-suite hotel, The Emory opened in July 2024 as Maybourne's first new London property in over 50 years. The building — designed by the late Richard Rogers and Ivan Harbour of RSHP — is defined by its skeletal steel 'sails' structure rising above Hyde Park's treetops, with a central staircase painted in signature 'Richard Rogers Pink'. All 61 suites feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows and interiors designed by a rotating cast of world-class designers: Champalimaud, André Fu, Pierre-Yves Rochon, and Patricia Urquiola each handle two floors, with Rigby & Rigby overseeing the wraparound glass penthouse.

Balcony Park Suite
Floor-to-ceiling windows, a private balcony, and a Hyde Park view — all without the full dining room of the Hyde Park Balcony Suite above it. Larger and better positioned than the Junior Suites.
Corner Park Suite
A corner position giving wrap-around views. Eligible for the complimentary Flexjet helicopter transfer — that detail alone signals where this sits in the room hierarchy.
Deluxe Courtyard Junior Suite
A step up from the standard courtyard offering. Faces the courtyard, which means no Hyde Park view, but ample natural light through the signature bay windows and a more spacious layout.
Hyde Park Balcony Suite
Designed by André Fu and Alexandra Champalimaud. Features a super king bed, private balcony, and a proper dining room with window-lined living spaces looking straight over Hyde Park. One of the hotel's most requested rooms.
Inner Court Junior Suite
The entry-level option, facing the courtyard rather than Hyde Park. Still a genuine suite with a separate living area, complimentary bar, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and all the standard Emory inclusions. Interiors rotate between designers depending on floor.
Park Junior Suite
Same footprint as the Deluxe Courtyard Junior Suite but oriented toward Hyde Park. The views make a significant difference — watching the park from your living space is a genuinely special experience.
The Penthouse
Takes up the entire top floor — 300 sqm of wraparound glass designed by Rigby & Rigby. Sweeping views in every direction, a private gym inside the suite, and enough entertaining space to hold a small dinner party. The most coveted key in the building.
