Rescued from demolition in 2002 and reopened in 2008 after a multi-million dollar renovation, the property's 14 all-suite units are named after Hollywood luminaries. Walking through the iron gates feels genuinely disorienting in the best way: you're suddenly in an English garden with fountains, grapevines, and kumquat trees, not on a busy WeHo street.

Clark / Gloria / Valentino
Three units named after Clark Gable, Gloria Swanson, and Rudolph Valentino. Large beamed ceilings and multi-story layouts. Living areas look substantial with period architectural details throughout.
Dylan
A well-appointed bungalow suite with a comfortable living room, flat-screen TV, and the full kitchen and washer/dryer setup standard across the property.
Gregory / Marlene
Two units (Gregory and Marlene) named after Gregory Peck and Marlene Dietrich. Features a distinctive teal arched doorway visible in the Marlene unit. Each has a full kitchen and private outdoor space.
Marilyn
A standalone two-bedroom, 1.5-bath cottage named after Marilyn Monroe, who reportedly lived here in the 1940s. At 1,400 sq ft it's the largest unit. 1920s stained glass windows, curved doorways, large beamed ceilings and wood floors. The modern kitchen opens onto a private wrap-around patio. A petite wood staircase with iron railings leads up to two bedrooms.

Masha
A cozy suite featuring a fireplace as its standout element — notable among the property's units for the fireplace and distinctive red accent chairs in the living room. Full kitchen, private patio, and the standard Charlie amenity package.
Ruth / Oscar
Two mirror-image units (Ruth and Oscar), each two stories with one bedroom, 1.5 baths, and 1,000 sq ft. Wrap-around windows flood both levels with light. The master bedrooms look out over the garden courtyard. Private patios are lined with grapevines and kumquat trees.
