The campus sprawls across 5,000 acres at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain, centered on a private lake, with Italian Renaissance architecture dressed in ornate moldings, hand-painted beams, and Della Robbia-style tiles. Luxury residential-style retreats with expansive living areas and gourmet kitchens. More like a private townhome than a hotel stay.
Carlton Suite
Three-bedroom, three-bath suite built in 1918 with the main hotel. 360-degree views, grand entryway, open sun porch, and a private conference area. Named after a friend of founder Spencer Penrose.
KingClassic Room
Entry-level rooms with European-inspired décor — overstuffed chairs, classical armoires, and warm color schemes. Central resort access. King or two double beds.
Cottages
Individual cottages with high-beamed ceilings, wood floors, and natural stone fireplaces. Each has an inviting parlor. Charming and distinctly residential compared to the main hotel rooms.
Devereaux and MacNeill Suites
Mirror suites on the fourth floor of Broadmoor Main, named for Penrose's business partners. Light and airy with a king bedroom, open sitting room, and dining area. One overlooks the city, the other the mountains.
KingEastmoor Suite
Family-friendly suite with European-inspired elegance, high ceilings, and an airy parlor with queen pullout sofa. Located in Broadmoor Main. One king bed.
Edith K. Gaylord Suite
1,800 sq ft suite atop the Lakeside building with commanding views of the mountains, lake, pool, and golf courses. Rich gold and brown décor. Fireplace in the king bedroom, large terrace off the parlor.
KingEstate House
A private five-bedroom residence with an opulent dining room for up to 16 guests and a gourmet kitchen. The ultimate option for private group stays or milestone events.
Lakeside Junior Suite
French Country feel with lake and mountain views from the Lakeside building. Cozy seating area, king bed, soaking tub in the large master bath. Private shuttered window for optional privacy.
KingLakeside Patio Suite
Same lake views and amenities as the Lakeside Junior, plus a private balcony or lake-level patio and a gas fireplace with comfortable seating.
KingParker Suite
The grandest in Broadmoor West. Marble entryway, wood floors, fireplace, and powder room open to a large mountain-view terrace. Two king bedrooms on either side, with two additional double queen rooms connectable — up to a four-bedroom private escape. Each bedroom minimum 525 sq ft.

Intimate romantic suite in Broadmoor South. Large picture windows open to Juliet railings with lake and mountain views. Gas fireplace, soaking tub, and a bedside computerized system controlling lights, curtains, TV, sound, and room privacy.

Residential-style décor with elegant furnishings and some of the best views on campus. King or two double beds.
Superior South Tower
Located in the South building with large picture windows, contemporary furnishings, five-fixture baths, and a spacious writing desk.
