A 117-year-old doors-and-windows manufacturing plant converted into one of Greenpoint's most interesting places to sleep. The original factory building keeps its industrial character — 16-foot ceilings, exposed factory details, massive windows — while a modern 4-story addition on top brings the total to around 130 rooms, several with private balconies and unobstructed Manhattan skyline views. It's in Brooklyn, but Grand Central is one subway stop away and the East River Ferry dock is a short walk.

Commissioned artwork from local artist Kip Jacobs throughout. Genuinely feels like a cool friend's apartment rather than a hotel room.

The loft layout plus a 200 sq ft private terrace — that's a serious outdoor space for NYC. Stand-up shower in the bathroom, flat-screen TV, and premium cable. Great for anyone who wants private outdoor space without shelling out for the Penthouse.

Penthouse Suite
The largest accommodation in the hotel at 1,200 sq ft — and it shows. Two full bedrooms (King and Queen), each with its own en-suite marble bathroom, plus a full-size kitchen, large windows, and private balconies with unobstructed views of NYC and the boroughs. Sits directly below the rooftop event space. The events listing describes the full penthouse footprint at 2,500 sq ft including 3 wrap-around balconies and surround sound, making it a popular wedding prep suite.

Superior
The entry-level room, but don't let that put you off. At 250 sq ft it's not cramped by NYC standards. Custom furnishings, Queen bed, marble bathroom, flat-screen HD TV with premium cable, and a writing desk.
