Why It Matters
One of only 20 units in the world debuting the Biltmore Hotel Villas concept, each villa is a standalone multi-bedroom residence with a private pool, cinema, and elevator. The scale of in-villa amenities — including a snooker table and grand piano in the Royal Villa — sets it apart from typical Dubai hotel suites. The Biltmore Spa is the only spa in Dubai using both Omorovicza (Budapest thermal-water specialists) and KOS Paris treatments.
Twenty fully self-contained private villas in Al Barsha, each with its own swimming pool, jacuzzi, private cinema, elevator, and round-the-clock butler service. Opened in February 2024, this is the first Biltmore Hotel Villas concept in the region, managed by Millennium Hotels & Resorts and a member of Leading Hotels of the World. The interiors fuse Emirati sensibility with modern European design: light-filled open-plan layouts, smart-home technology, premium appliances, and expansive windows looking onto private pools and courtyard water features.
