Seven glass-walled spa suites built around the former family home of Susana Balbo — Argentina's first female winemaker — and her daughter Ana. The property sits on a linden-tree-lined street in Chacras de Coria, the wine village just outside Mendoza city, and it doubles as an art gallery and working wine operation. This is not a generic wine hotel with a tasting menu bolted on. Every suite is its own private spa. Every bottle in your minibar is from the Balbo family cellar. And yes, the sommelier actually knows the winemaker personally.
