Southall is a 325-acre working farm and luxury resort in Franklin, Tennessee — about 25 miles south of Nashville. Opened in late 2022, it's the passion project of founder Paul Mishkin, who spent eight years building it from the ground up. The concept is genuinely farm-driven: orchards, apiaries, hydroponic greenhouses, and terraced kitchen gardens feed both the plate and the spa, making the seed-to-fork story more than a marketing line.

Third-floor suites with sweeping views over the Southall property. A separate powder room and full living space make these work for both a romantic trip and a small corporate gathering — they have conferencing capabilities built in.
