Son Sant Jordi is a cluster of restored 17th-century townhouses sitting right on Plaça de Sant Jordi, a quiet little square in the old town of Pollensa, northern Mallorca. Family-run and open year-round, it carries Spain's 'Turisme Interior' classification — a rural property in an urban setting, which is as rare as it sounds. No chain-hotel lobby, no identical rooms. A 45 sqm apartment located on the same street as the main property. Two separate double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom — one has a bathtub, one a shower. Living room with a flat screen TV. The equipped kitchen means you can self-cater if you want. Sunny and well-suited for families or two couples travelling together.

Junior Suite in Boutique House
Set in a newly renovated boutique house separate from the main building. King-size bed plus a sofa bed make it work for small families or those who just want extra space. Private balcony or living room is the real draw. Shower rather than bathtub, plus a microwave on top of the standard amenities — useful if you want to self-cater for one meal.

Loft — Attic
A sunny penthouse apartment in a separate building on the same street. Third floor, no elevator — which is the one thing to flag before booking. Good natural light is the compensation. Kitchenette included. Ideal for independent travellers who want a bit more space and self-contained feel without the family suite price.
Standard Double / Twin
Located in the main house of the complex. You pick between a double bed or two singles — both have canopy frames, which gives the room more character than the price suggests. Bathtub, hair dryer, mini fridge, 32-inch flat screen TV, WiFi, and a coffee/tea maker are all included. Breakfast buffet is part of the deal.

Daily poolside cocktail service hosted by bartender Toni. Happy Hour runs 12:00–15:00 for casual poolside drinking. An evening session (19:00–21:00) is available for birthdays, anniversaries, and private gatherings — the hotel handles the setup. Day passes also available for non-guests (11:30–16:00).
Complimentary bicycles available to all guests for exploring Pollensa town and its surroundings. Bicycle storage on-site. Pollensa is very manageable by bike — flat old town, easy access to the countryside and nearby villages.
