The Sheraton São Paulo WTC sits inside the city's gleaming World Trade Center complex in the Brooklin neighborhood — a 20-floor tower directly connected to D&D Shopping mall and the WTC Events Center. It's a corporate hotel through and through: polished service, 297 rooms, full meeting infrastructure. But here's the thing: the 13th floor is something else entirely.
