Scorpios Bodrum is Scorpios' first-ever accommodation offering and the brand's first '24-hour experience.' Designed by Istanbul's Geomim and London's StudioMacBride, it received LEED Platinum certification in 2024. The weekly sunset Ritual — Scorpios' signature — draws acclaimed international DJs and hundreds of guests, and the property operates as much as a cultural destination as a place to sleep.
Scorpios Bodrum opened in June 2024 as the second outpost of the Scorpios brand — the people behind one of the Aegean's most talked-about beach clubs in Mykonos. It's a full-day and full-night destination: 12 stone bungalows perched at the top of a peninsula, a beach club below, a wellness temple, two restaurants, and a terrace that regularly pulls 2,000+ people for sunset DJ rituals. Think less 'hotel' and more 'creative community with beds attached.'

The double-level option at Scorpios Bodrum — designed for those who need extra capacity or simply want more space. The lounge and sleeping areas split across two floors: the ground level has a sculptural concrete breakfast island and a generous lounge, while the mezzanine level features a bed with views of the horizon. Stairs wrap around a long sofa, all in the same raw-stone and dark wood aesthetic as the single-floor villas. Same private infinity pool, same terrace format. Adds complimentary two-way airport transfer to the standard villa inclusions.

Nine single-storey bungalows arranged at the highest point of the peninsula, each with direct Aegean views. The open-plan bedroom and living area centres on a locally crafted island bed in walnut with integrated lighting controls. Interior opens directly onto a generous private terrace with its own infinity pool. Natural materials throughout — raw stone, dark wood, linen — and serious attention to detail in everything from the Marshall speaker to the custom concrete breakfast island.
