The table d'hôtes is only available to manor room and studio guests — not to gîte guests. Gîte guests can order product baskets (welcome basket, breakfast basket, regional flavors basket, picnic basket) instead.

A 15th-century manor house on a 30-acre hilltop estate where the Berry and Poitou regions meet, overlooking the Anglin river. Marie Rouet-Grandclément bought it in 1981 as a ruin with no money and three decades of passion — turning it into a proper hamlet of five outbuildings, two swimming pools, and three B&B rooms in the manor. Her son Paul now runs the place. Inside: tall bookshelves, fires in fireplaces, a baby grand piano, oil paintings in gilded frames. Outside: a 400-year-old oak tree, sweeping lawns to the river, and deer if you're up early enough.

A self-contained studio for 2 people in one of the renovated outbuildings of the hamlet. Independent and non-smoking, with its own kitchen facilities. Studio guests have access to the table d'hôtes.

L'Orangerie
A self-catering gîte for 4 people in the renovated orangery. Noted by guests for its amazing selection of mid-century furniture and quirky layout. Well-equipped kitchen. A favourite for smaller groups.
La Chambre Blanche
A B&B room in the manor house, decorated in the refined style of the main building with gleaming parquet floors, high-end linens, and family heirlooms. Private bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryer included. Flat-screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player.
La Chambre Grise
A B&B room in the manor house with the estate's signature style — antiques, fresh flowers, family objects, and a quiet atmosphere. Private bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryer. Flat-screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player.
La Chambre Rouge
The third B&B room in the manor house. Like the others, it features the estate's traditional and sophisticated style with parquet floors, antiques, and high-quality linens.
La Miellerie Côté Cour
A self-catering house for 4–5 people in the former honey house (miellerie), on the courtyard side. Sleeps 5–6 with two double bedrooms and one mezzanine bed. Non-smoking throughout.
La Miellerie Côté Jardin
A self-catering house for 6 people in the former honey house (miellerie), on the garden side of the building. Features a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, and three double bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms. Non-smoking throughout.
La Petite Maison
A self-catering cottage sleeping 5, with a well-equipped kitchen, a large living room, a double bedroom with private bathroom and river views, and a triple bedroom with exposed beams. Large enclosed garden at the foot of the living room, right in front of the shared kitchen. Bedding, crockery, utensils, sheets, duvets, and towels all provided.

Rock climbing at Roc de la Dubé in Mérigny, 6 km from the estate. Managed by basedepleinair.fr.
Canoe rental directly from the estate via a local partner (lafourmycanoekayak.com). Single and double canoes available for groups of 1–15 adults. The Anglin river flows right below the estate.
Paddle boarding is available directly from the estate's river access. Guests have reported paddling the Anglin as a highlight.
Cooking classes are available on or near the estate — highlighted by Sawdays as one of the property's key experiences.
Local wine tasting from the Centre Val de Loire region — Quincy, Sancerre, Valençay, Menetou Salon, and others — can be arranged, and wines are offered alongside the table d'hôtes meals.
The estate has 4 adult bikes for rent (mountain bikes, hybrid, and e-bikes). A mountain bike trail runs through the forest on-site. The voie verte (green trail) is accessible from the property.
Horseback riding is available at the doorstep of the estate (minimum 2 people, half-day), as well as at two local equestrian centres within 23–26 km.
The entire estate can be privatized when fully booked — up to 28-30 guests in 6 houses and manor rooms. Two reception spaces: Le Pailler (barn) and La Grand'Étable. Gardens also available. Maximum 120 wedding guests. Catering, butler, bartender, and nanny services can be arranged.

Multiple walking routes from the estate: along the river and into the forest (1 hour), to the Roc de la Dubé fairy woods in Mérigny (6 km, 2 hours), and on the voie verte green trail. Maps are provided.
