Rosewood's first South American property, opened in 2022, splits across two radically different structures: a meticulously preserved 1920s maternity hospital — where over 500,000 Paulistanos were born — and a soaring new vertical garden tower designed by Jean Nouvel, its facade blooming with 250 trees inspired by Brazil's Atlantic Forest. Philippe Starck handled the interiors throughout, meaning warm wood, earthy tones, and tactile fabrics rather than the cold minimalism you might expect.
