Why It Matters
Second-largest private pool in Europe at 82 meters, built entirely from white Noto stone. All 32 suites were designed by 14 different internationally renowned architects with entirely individual interiors. Twenty-seven of the 32 rooms feature large freestanding bathtubs positioned at the centre of the room. Suite (Main Body — Garden)
One of 6 suites in the main building with a private garden on the ground floor. Each one is independently designed by a different architect, so the style varies dramatically from room to room. Expect contemporary finishes, large windows, and the signature central freestanding bathtub found in 27 of the 32 suites.
Suite (Main Body — Golf Balcony)
One of 6 suites in the main building with a balcony overlooking the golf course. Each is a distinct design by a different architect. Floor-to-ceiling glass is common throughout the property, bringing the green fairways right into the room.
Villa Suite
One of 20 suites spread across the resort's small detached villas, all with private gardens. These offer the most privacy of any accommodation on the property. Still individually designed — no two are alike — and most feature the signature freestanding central bathtub.

Designed by architects Graham Cooke and Luigi Rota Caremoli, the course runs along the right bank of the Conca river inside a protected wildlife oasis. Par 70, 6,061 metres. A mix of water hazards, gentle hillside holes, and long American-style fairways.
Par 27 executive course at 1,692 metres, designed for sharpening short game. Equipped for pitch and putt competitions.
On-site golf academy with professional trainers for beginners and improvers. Driving range has both grass and artificial grass bays. Separate pitching and chipping green and putting green.
