The newest and most architecturally dramatic option at Villa Porta. Six double rooms (12 total sleeping places) suspended between rock and sky, with panoramic windows and private terraces opening directly onto the water and park. A rooftop jacuzzi overlooks Lake Maggiore. Natural materials, silence, contemporary design. This is the spot for guests who want the lake, not just a view of it.
Premium Double Room
Located on the top floor (attic level), with a more modern and linear design aesthetic compared to the rest of the villa. Spacious beds and contemporary finishes.
Single Comfort Room
Spacious and bright single room with a signature 'cloud-effect' soft bed. Good for solo travelers who don't want to sacrifice comfort.
Suite Prestige
The flagship room. Located inside the historic stone tower in the park, directly on the lake. Spread across two levels and literally set into the rock. Fabulous lake views from every angle. The most romantic and dramatic accommodation on the property.

One of the most generous room sizes in the relais. King-size bed, natural materials, fine fabrics. The furnishings are carefully detailed — this is the classic 'treat yourself' pick.
