Rancho Santana — known simply as The Ranch — is a 2,700-acre luxury resort and private residential community on Nicaragua's Pacific Emerald Coast. Five beaches, dry tropical forest, and rolling hills share the territory with howler monkeys, roseate spoonbills, and some of the region's best surf breaks. The Inn's entry-level room, and honestly, anything but basic. King bed, private wraparound ocean-view terrace, en suite bathroom. All rooms are outfitted with furniture handmade by local artisans from the on-site woodshop. Frette linens, custom bath products, filtered water, minifridge, and safe.
KingOcean-View Homes
The top tier of the property — private cliffside homes with personal infinity pools, 3–5 bedrooms, and direct ocean views. Split into three sub-collections (Luxury, Signature, Adventure) each with different configurations. Spread across six residential neighborhoods on the 2,700-acre property. Some are a meaningful drive from the Clubhouse — plan on needing a 4x4.
Multiple (3-5BR)Pacific Condos
Two- to three-bedroom condos individually owned and decorated — so each one has its own character. Located near Playa Santana with ocean views. Because they're privately owned, décor varies from unit to unit.
Multiple (2-3BR)Pacific Suite
One step up from the standard Guestroom with an additional seating area and a soaking tub in the bathroom. Private ocean-view terrace. The soaking tub and the extra lounge space make a meaningful difference after a day of surf or hiking.
KingPied-à-Terre Suite
The Inn's largest single room. Bedroom/bathroom plus a proper living area with pull-out sofa bed — which gives you real flexibility for an occasional third guest or just the extra space to spread out.

Complimentary guided howler monkey scouting tour through the forest. Included in every stay at The Inn. The howler monkeys are a genuine highlight — their calls carry for miles and hearing them from your terrace at dawn sets the tone for the whole trip.
