Present your Mardi Gras Doubloon (given at check-in) at Q&C Bar for a complimentary wine tasting

Why It Matters

Genuine railroad history dating to 1913, occupying both a 12-story tower and a smaller adjacent building. The Q&C Bar has earned local recognition beyond just hotel guests. Part of Marriott's Autograph Collection, so Bonvoy points apply.

Built in 1913 as the headquarters of the Queen & Crescent Railroad, this 12-story Central Business District hotel was renovated in 2014 and joined Marriott's Autograph Collection. The exposed brick walls, refinished original hardwood floors, and historical photographs of New Orleans give the place real character — not the manufactured kind. Q&C Bar is a genuine local draw, named one of the Top 10 Happy Hours in NOLA by St. Charles Avenue Magazine, and the location puts you three blocks from the French Quarter without the noise and chaos of sleeping inside it.
