A 23-room boutique hotel tucked inside a 17th-century residential building on Rue Guénégaud, one of the quiter streets in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The Paristory group — a family operation run by sisters Alexandra and Julie Marang — owns and runs the place. They also have three hotels on the Right Bank, and this is their first Left Bank address. Rooms are dressed in 17th-century-inspired décor: wood paneling, tapestries, rich fabrics, and a design brief that leans firmly into French art de vivre. It's intimate almost to a fault — 23 rooms across seven floors, an honesty bar where guests pour their own drinks, and breakfast served in a tucked-away winter garden.
