Presulis Hideaway Apartments & Restaurant
Slow living, understated Alpine luxury. Think warm wood, natural stone, muted colors, and a pace that forces you to decompress. Family-run and genuinely personal without being fussy.
Ask for an apartment facing the Dolomites rather than the castle for more dramatic views
Why It Matters
Listed in both the Michelin Guide and Tablet Hotels. The owner literally built the apartments by hand from local materials. The restaurant is open to outside guests and earns consistent praise for elevated South Tyrolean cuisine. The Fumoir wine cellar — converted from great-grandfather's smokehouse — is one of the more atmospheric dining spaces in the Dolomites.
A converted farmhouse turned boutique aparthotel, Presulis is a passion project by Meinhard and Sylvia Goller — a local couple who built something genuinely personal. Meinhard, a trained carpenter, handcrafted all 14 apartments himself using local South Tyrolean wood and stone. Sylvia runs the restaurant and curates the wine list. The result is a place that feels more like a stylish friend's mountain home than a hotel — pool on the lawn, castle next door, hiking trails right out the front door.
